These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through websites operated by SCORPIO CORP SL, including but not limited to:

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete.
  • You are responsible for any booking made on behalf of other participants.

Participation in Pub Crawl Munich by Mad Party Crew is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older. Valid ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s license) may be required.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

All tours promoted on SCORPIO CORP SL websites are organized and commercially managed by SCORPIO CORP SL and operated by freelance guides under contractual agreement.

All experiences are nightlife social events involving visits to bars and clubs.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

4. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card.
  • By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the card.
  • Payment processing is handled through secure SSL-encrypted gateways.
  • Currency conversions shown on the website are approximate and based on third-party exchange rate providers.

A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is successfully completed. If you do not receive confirmation, you must contact us immediately.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to the address provided in your booking confirmation.

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time (local destination time): Full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time: Non-refundable.
  • No-shows: Non-refundable.
  • Once the event has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5.2 Minimum Participants

All tours are subject to a minimum number of participants.

In the unlikely event that a tour does not operate due to insufficient participants, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, OR
  • The option to reschedule.

5.3 Force Majeure

SCORPIO CORP SL shall not be held responsible for cancellations or service modifications due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, customers may be offered rescheduling or credit at management discretion.

6. PARTICIPATION RULES

Participants agree to:

  • Respect local laws and venue policies.
  • Follow instructions given by guides and staff.
  • Maintain respectful behavior toward other participants and venue staff.

SCORPIO CORP SL and its guides reserve the right to deny participation or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, aggressive, intoxicated beyond reasonable limits, or inappropriate.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Participation in nightlife activities involves inherent risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SCORPIO CORP SL, its contractors, employees, affiliates, guides and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Theft
  • Property damage
  • Missed transportation
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings at all times.

8. ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

Alcohol consumption is voluntary. Participants are solely responsible for their own consumption and behavior.

SCORPIO CORP SL does not promote excessive drinking and encourages responsible alcohol consumption.

9. MEDIA AND IMAGE RIGHTS

During tours, photos and videos may be taken for promotional and marketing purposes.

By participating, you grant SCORPIO CORP SL the right to use such media for marketing, social media, and promotional materials without compensation.

If you do not wish to appear in photos, you must notify the guide at the start of the event.

10. REVIEWS

SCORPIO CORP SL may contact you after the tour to request a review.

Reviews may be published on our website or third-party platforms such as TripAdvisor or Google.

11. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

SCORPIO CORP SL will never sell your personal data to third parties.

12. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

By completing a booking, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.

In case of fraudulent chargebacks, SCORPIO CORP SL reserves the right to provide booking records, confirmation emails and attendance evidence to the relevant financial institutions.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, Spain, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.

PARTICIPATION WAIVER & LIABILITY RELEASE

PUB CRAWL MUNICH BY MAD PARTY CREW – SCORPIO CORP SL

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in Pub Crawl Munich, you acknowledge and accept that nightlife events involving alcohol consumption carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental injuries
  • Slips, falls or physical incidents
  • Alcohol-related impairment
  • Interactions with third parties
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, injury or damage arising from participation in the event.

2. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

Participation in Pub Crawl Munich is entirely voluntary.

You confirm that:

  • You are physically and mentally fit to participate.
  • You are not under the influence of illegal substances.
  • You understand that alcohol consumption is optional and at your own discretion.
  • You are at least 18 years old.

SCORPIO CORP SL reserves the right to request valid identification at any time.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release and hold harmless:

  • SCORPIO CORP SL
  • Its directors, employees, contractors and affiliates
  • Freelance tour guides
  • Partner venues

From any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Loss of belongings
  • Third-party actions
  • Alcohol-related incidents

Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct directly attributable to SCORPIO CORP SL.

4. BEHAVIOR POLICY

Participants must:

  • Respect local laws and venue rules
  • Follow guide instructions
  • Avoid aggressive, disruptive or illegal behavior

SCORPIO CORP SL reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if:

  • Excessively intoxicated
  • Violent or threatening
  • Disrespectful toward staff or venues
  • Engaged in illegal conduct

Removal from the tour does not entitle the participant to compensation.

5. GROUP BOOKINGS (STAG / HEN PARTIES / LARGE GROUPS)

For group bookings:

  • The booking holder acts as representative for all participants.
  • The booking holder confirms that all participants accept these Terms & Waiver.
  • The booking holder assumes responsibility for group behavior.

If a group’s behavior causes disruption, venue refusal, or damages:

  • SCORPIO CORP SL reserves the right to terminate the tour.
  • No refunds will be issued.
  • The group may be held financially responsible for damages caused.

6. DAMAGE & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Participants are financially responsible for:

  • Damage to venues
  • Damage to private property
  • Fines imposed by local authorities
  • Medical costs resulting from their own conduct

SCORPIO CORP SL may cooperate with venues or authorities if required.

7. PHOTO & MEDIA CONSENT

By participating, you grant SCORPIO CORP SL the right to use photos and videos taken during the event for:

  • Marketing
  • Social media
  • Website promotion

If you do not wish to appear in media, you must inform the guide at the start of the event.

8. ALCOHOL DISCLAIMER

SCORPIO CORP SL does not:

  • Force alcohol consumption
  • Guarantee entry to venues if local regulations change
  • Accept responsibility for consequences of excessive alcohol intake

Participants are solely responsible for their alcohol consumption.

9. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION CLAUSE

By completing a booking, you agree:

  • Not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.
  • That attendance evidence, confirmation emails and payment records may be used in dispute resolution.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal recovery action.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
